  • access and refresh tokens issued by connected platforms;

  • platform post identifiers and publishing status;

  • system logs relating to publishing, authentication, errors, and account activity.
  1. How Information Is Collected

Information may be provided directly by an authorized user or received through APIs provided by third-party platforms such as Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.

HEALEY SOCIAL uses platform authorization systems such as OAuth whenever available. Social media account passwords are not required for normal API operation and are not stored by HEALEY SOCIAL.

Information is used only for legitimate functions of the service, including:

  • authenticating authorized social media accounts;
  • organizing and reviewing content;
  • preparing approved publishing material;
  • scheduling social media posts;
  • publishing content at the user’s direction;
  • monitoring publishing status;
  • retrieving permitted performance analytics;
  • troubleshooting technical problems;
  • maintaining security and audit records.
  1. Access Tokens and Credentials

OAuth tokens and similar credentials are treated as sensitive information.

They are stored in protected systems and are not intentionally included in public files, source-code repositories, public websites, or user-facing reports.

  1. Sharing of Information

HEALEY LIVE does not sell personal information.

Information may be transmitted to third-party platforms when necessary to perform an authorized action, such as publishing content to Instagram or TikTok.

Those platforms process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or integrity of HEALEY LIVE or its systems.

  1. Data Retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for operation of HEALEY SOCIAL, recordkeeping, security, publishing history, analytics, or legal obligations.

Authorization tokens may be refreshed, replaced, revoked, or deleted as platform access changes.

HEALEY LIVE uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account credentials, tokens, content, and operational information.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

  1. User Control and Account Authorization

Users may revoke HEALEY SOCIAL’s access through the applicable social platform’s account or application settings.

Revoking platform access may prevent HEALEY SOCIAL from publishing, retrieving analytics, or performing other connected functions.
