HEALEY SOCIAL – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of HEALEY SOCIAL, a social media content management, scheduling, and publishing system operated by HEALEY LIVE.

  1. Purpose of the Service

HEALEY SOCIAL is designed to help authorized users manage social media content for HEALEY LIVE brands and other accounts they are authorized to manage.

The service may assist with functions including content organization, editorial review, caption preparation, scheduling, publishing, and performance analysis.

  1. Authorized Use

You may use HEALEY SOCIAL only with social media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

You may not use the service to access, publish to, or manage another person’s or organization’s account without permission.

  1. Third-Party Platforms

HEALEY SOCIAL may connect to third-party services including Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.

Use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, technical limitations, availability, and account requirements.

HEALEY LIVE does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee that their APIs, features, policies, or availability will remain unchanged.

  1. Content and Intellectual Property

Users remain responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions for any video, audio, images, text, trademarks, music, or other material submitted, scheduled, or published through HEALEY SOCIAL.

HEALEY SOCIAL does not claim ownership of user content.

HEALEY LIVE retains ownership of the HEALEY SOCIAL software, workflows, systems, branding, and related intellectual property.

  1. Publishing and Scheduling

HEALEY SOCIAL may assist with scheduling or publishing content to connected social media accounts.

Users remain responsible for approving content and publishing instructions before they are executed.

Scheduled or automated publishing may occasionally be delayed or fail due to internet connectivity, platform outages, API changes, account restrictions, token expiration, or other technical conditions outside the control of HEALEY LIVE.

  1. Prohibited Uses

HEALEY SOCIAL may not be used to:

  • violate applicable laws or regulations;
  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or malicious material;
  • gain unauthorized access to social media accounts or systems;
  • circumvent platform security, access controls, or usage restrictions.
  1. Availability

The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Features may change as social platforms modify their APIs, permissions, policies, or technical requirements.

HEALEY SOCIAL is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEALEY LIVE makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party platform at all times.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEALEY LIVE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of HEALEY SOCIAL, including lost content, missed publishing times, loss of platform access, or third-party platform actions.

Use of HEALEY SOCIAL is also governed by the HEALEY SOCIAL Privacy Policy:
